Self care is so important and something that is spoken about a lot but with so much put onto parents at the moment, potentially risking parental burnout. But in a pandemic and lockdown loops, what does self-care actually look like? This week we speak honestly about how we try to squeeze in a bit of self care ourselves (and the varying levels of success!).
